What changes the price
Five things decide where your lawn lands relative to the $55.00 inc GST starting price:
- Property size. Our $55.00 starting price covers properties up to 250 m² in total block size; a corner block, a double block or acreage beyond that is quoted individually.
- Edging. Long paths, kerbs, garden beds and retaining walls all add edging time.
- Access and slope. Steep sites, terraces, narrow gates and lawns that need a smaller mower take longer.
- Condition. An overgrown or neglected lawn needs an initial restoration service to bring it up to a regular standard first; our regular pricing applies once it is under control, and ongoing pricing is confirmed after we have seen the property at the first visit.
- Frequency. Weekly visits on properties up to 250 m² get our lowest per-visit rate. Fortnightly, monthly or irregular visits mean more growth each time, so each visit costs more.
