Empire Property Maintenance is a locally owned and operated Gold Coast business with more than 18 years of experience providing lawn mowing, gardening, hedge trimming, lawn treatments, weed control and property maintenance services.
We started in 2008 with one mower and a handful of local lawns. Nearly two decades on we look after homes, rental properties, body corporates and commercial sites right across the northern and central Gold Coast, working out of our depot at 18 Commercial Drive, Ashmore.
How we work
Most of our work is regular, scheduled maintenance rather than one-off jobs. That matters, because it means your lawn gets cut on a proper cycle by a crew that already knows the property — where the sprinkler heads are, which gate sticks, where the dog sleeps. Same crew, same standard, every visit.
We quote on what is actually in front of us: lawn size, access, condition and how often you want us back. You get a clear price before we start and no obligation to proceed.
