Prices shown online are in Australian dollars and include GST. They are based on the property size and the services you choose.

If the property is very different from what was selected, for example a larger area or hard access, we will tell you before doing any extra work. Overgrown lawns incur an additional $1.50 inc GST per minute per person on the first service; we will tell you first.

A request made online does not set a day or time. We call, text or email you within one business day to confirm the day and time of your first visit. Rain or unsafe conditions can move a visit; we will let you know and set a new time.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Paying now takes 10% off your first visit only. Later visits are charged at the normal price.

If you choose to pay later, we send an invoice after each visit. It is due within 7 days.

You can change the day of a visit at no cost by calling or emailing us before the visit.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed visit, we refund anything you paid in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit may not be refunded.

If we cannot do the work, for example because of weather or no safe access, we will move the visit or refund you in full. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Weekly, fortnightly and four-weekly services continue on the schedule you choose until you ask us to change or stop them.

Please make sure we can get in on the day: gates unlocked, pets secured and toys or hoses off the lawn. If we cannot get in safely, we will contact you to arrange another time.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
