Who we are

Empire Property Maintenance has looked after Gold Coast lawns and gardens since 2008. We run scheduled maintenance for homes, rental properties, body corporates and commercial sites from our depot at 18 Commercial Drive, Ashmore, working mainly across Ashmore, Benowa, Bundall, Southport, Labrador, Parkwood, Molendinar, Arundel, Nerang and Carrara.

What the work involves

Mowing, edging, whipper snipping and blow downs on a set run, plus gardening, hedge trimming, green waste removal and lawn treatment work. Most days are a scheduled run of regular properties rather than a scramble of one-off jobs, so you know what your day looks like before it starts.
