Who we are
Empire Property Maintenance has looked after Gold Coast lawns and gardens since 2008. We run scheduled maintenance for homes, rental properties, body corporates and commercial sites from our depot at 18 Commercial Drive, Ashmore, working mainly across Ashmore, Benowa, Bundall, Southport, Labrador, Parkwood, Molendinar, Arundel, Nerang and Carrara.
The kind of people who do well here
What the work involves
Mowing, edging, whipper snipping and blow downs on a set run, plus gardening, hedge trimming, green waste removal and lawn treatment work. Most days are a scheduled run of regular properties rather than a scramble of one-off jobs, so you know what your day looks like before it starts.
What we offer
Competitive pay, well-maintained equipment, proper training on the gear and the chemicals, and a genuine path from crew member to running your own run. We are a small business, so good work gets noticed rather than lost in a system.
How to apply
Email your details and any relevant experience to info@empirepm.com.au, or call 0468 029 997 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tell us which suburbs you can get to and when you are available to start. No formal résumé needed — we care more about attitude and reliability than paperwork.
